Douglas Mesler, MD, MPH
Dr Mesler trained at Boston Medical Center and served as faculty at Boston University School of Medicine and Clinical Director for Nephrology at Boston Medical Center for 10 years before moving his practice to Lowell in 2005. Dr. Mesler is the Medical Director for the Fresenius Lowell dialysis facility.
Joseph Rossacci, MD
Dr. Rossacci served as resident and Internal Medicine Chief Resident at the University of Massachusetts. He completed his Nephrology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and has been a member of Nephrology Associates since 2007. Dr. Rossacci is the Medical Director for the Fresenius Chelmsford dialysis facility.
Ashish Mahajan, MD, MPH, MS
Dr. Mahajan served his residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and Nephrology clinical and research fellowship at Tufts Medical Center. He has been a member of Nephrology Associates since 2007.
Neeraj Jain, MD
Dr. Jain graduated from medical school in 2003 and has 22 years of experience. He joined Nephrology Associates in 2024.
